We are happy to exchange or refund items within 21 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in new condition, has not been worn or washed and is returned with its original packaging and a copy of your tax invoice or packing slip. We do not offer this service on sale or clearance items. The initial postage costs will not be refunded.

If upon receipt of your order the item(s) are found to be faulty, please return the item for exchange or refund. Mail the items to the address below, with a copy of your tax invoice or packing slip, and we will process your exchange as soon as possible after receipt. If, after the delivery time periods noted above, you have not received your items, please contact us and we will follow up the status of your parcel.
